I’ve followed your instructions but the phone rejected the code no matter what. I’ve uploaded a video to show how i did it.
Some phones give that message when it's hardlocked. The instructions said to try the code once only. I think you've been putting in codes one after the other. How many times have you entered a code? Take it to your local shop. J
