Alright, I'm going to do tons of searching now, but I figured if I ALSO made a thread, it might help me out a ton, because I need to do this for my family's christmas eve, tomorrow. What I don't know: What kind of DVD players they have, but it's 2 different ones, and I don't have time for testing. What I do know: I want to burn several movies, mostly in AVI format, and several tv shows, also mostly in AVI, some in MKV, onto Taiyo yuden (sic, I think) DVD-R. All I need is the most rudimentary of menus for the series stuff, since I'll be putting as many as I can per DVD, so they can at least see the name of the episode, and the number in the series. I need something I can do this with easily, and I need it asap, I'm generally up late so I have the next 8 hours to burn about 30gigs of stuff to DVD. (My mom is gonna love dexter, and she had a stroke recently, it'll give her something to watch) Please don't holler about the search funtion, that's where I'm going next, but a quick, simple, trite answer to exactly what I need would be great, I'm pretty tech savvy, so I can do stuff just fine, but I don't really use DVD players like, ever. So... Help, christmas spirit and such. Thaaaaank you in advance. EDIT: additional info: One of the DVD players is a JVC xv-n412 The other is like, 2 years old tomorrow, and that's all the info I can get, my taiyo yudens are from newegg and shouldn't be fakes, they've never burned a coaster and they've worked great for PS2 backup so far.
