I have 1 cd burner and 2 dvd burners on my computer.(All are internal) I had them installed for a couple of months and no problem. The other day, they were gone from my computer. (They don't show-up when you go to My Computer) The drawers on the burners could open and close, but couldn't play anything. I went to My Computer, Right Click and selected Properties, Hardware, Device Manager. Under Drives, it shows all three drives and with a yellow exclamation mark. I've uninstalled them and then re-installed them, but each time I re-install them, it says that there's an error. It says: Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware. The driver may be corrupted or missing. (Code 39) How can I fix this problem? I would appreciate it if someone could help me with this problem.
