why have you posted here? no.a bin file is a cd image file.two cd image files merged together would be kinda useless now wouldnt they? what are you trying to do?im guessing by the weird request that you have a 2 or 3 disc (each bin file being a disc) vcd/svcd? if so,just use ultraiso http://www.ultraiso.com to open each bin file and extract the video file (located in the mpegav folder) and then join them together with tmpgenc. http://www.tmpgenc.com if you want to burn to dvd, youll need to use a program like winavi http://www.winavi.com to convert the file to vob files (dvd format) and burn in alcohol or nero.
if its not a movie and the bin files are just data discs, then you could extract all the files using ultraiso in the same way and place all the files from all the bin files in a folder and burn them onto a data dvd in nero.
How about if you want to keep it an svcd. I have a similar problem and have combined the 2 mpeg files but want to keep it as an svcd. I hear that changing the codec makes you lose video quality, is this true?
