Ok, I've deleted the folder, and used the add/remove program tool in control panel....but still everytime I go to install/setup the new version.....it lists the "old" serial # and doesn't allow me to setup the new copy....this problem only appeared after installing the m2v tool. So where in the registry/ local settings do I find this old reference and kill it. Is there a tool...like the Nero Clean tool that will get rid of the old and allow a fresh install?
Restart pc after uninstalling, try using a good registry cleaner or hard drive scrubber, I doubt anyone on this forum will be able to give you an exact registry location, better off asking elsewhere.
