I used Super DVD creator to merge 2 avi files into 2 Vob files.

I then used Vobedit to join the clips and ifo edit to create the ifos.

The movie plays great, but i cannot fast forward past 4x speed. It just stops the movie if I go past that speed.

Any suggestions as to fix this? It's just annoying if i cannot finish watching a movie, because if I have to finish the movie another day, I have to FF the movie at 4x to get back to where I was!!!

Most DVD Players Can not Spin DVD-R"s Fast enough (Especially high Bitrate DVD"s) to Playback at Faster than 4X speed(8X with Dual Layered DVD"s).....

UMMM...Why don"t you Just Skip to the Next chapter?? Don"t Have any Chapters?? Well Doesn"t it seem like you are Going through a Lot of Trouble to Make a DVD that doesn"t even Have Menu"s or Chapters??

Why not Simply Make a proper DVD?? You just need to encode your AVI files to DVD Compliant Mpeg-2 files and then use any Old DVD authoring program (Tmpgenc DVD Author or DVDLab both have 30 day demo"s available) to add your Chapters and Menu"s and then you won"t have to worry about haveing to Fast Forward through half the Movie to watch were you left off....Without Chapters you Might as well Be watching TV or VHS.....

    Cheers
