need help halo2 mods

I am trying to mod halo2 but i do not know how to use dothalo or net frameworks can some one exlpain these to me so i can mod halo2? my gametag is humandragoon if some will teach me through vocie chat that would be great

WWW.A4H.US GO TO DOWNLOAD THEN EDITING TOOLS AND GET CMR TO RESING YOUR MAP THAT ONLY RESING THE NEW MAPS SO THEN U WIL JUST HAVE TO
GET A OLD MAP RESINGDER FOR THE OLD MAPS RESING WHEN YOUR DONE MODIN THEM
