i used the slayer's evo-x 2.6 and installed it on my original hard drive everything went well then ater reboting it has errors on it and doest continue. how can i put it back to original settings again? i have a xecuter2 chip. thanks
sounds like you deleted some files from you xbox bios. what you need to do is check out the slayer's auto installer readme that should have came with the file when you downloaded it. if it's not there for some reason, you can find it through yahoo. it will give you step by step instructions (it will all depend on your xbox hardware setup, there are 4 different ways to install). i believe it is option 5 in the main evox installer screen. then after your done installing evox, there is a option in that same menu (i think it's 9) which will install your original xbox bios to boot up with your chip off. hopefully this will shed some light on your problem.
