I have four movies/parts of movies that I can't encode because they have a few bad frames.

Can someone please explain to me in the simplest way possible how to deleted/mask or fix the bad frames (assuming I'm using virtual dub mod) how to save the avi file with the bad frames deleted so I can encode it to mpeg with Tmpgenc.
Or is there a way for tmpgenc to finish encoding the movie bad frames and all.

Someone here must know how to fix this.
    Thanks in advance.
