That depends on what the exchange rate is on any given day, between the pound and dollar. I think it's about 2 dollars to 1 pound right now. Or at least was for a while there, when I traveled to England and France.

Are you just looking for a conversion for a purchase or travel?
The rate today is 1 US Dollar = .528 British Pound

So, 300$ = 300*.528 = 174Lb

 

@hrk .... just type something like "pounds to dollars" or Dollars to pounds (without the quotation marks, and it will bring you to a bunch of web sites which is always up on the conversion rates etc. I use it quite often.
