What is the name of the movie?
    Which program(s) are you using?
    Which guide are you using?

Try DVDFab HD Decrypter for free (http://www.dvdidle.com/free.htm) or make sure that your AnyDVD is up to date and rip the files to your HDD instead of using it behind DVD Shrink. I wouldn't suspect any special protection on these discs that would prevent either one of these rippers to do their job. Make sure your discs are free of dirt and scratches as well.
