ok i was trying to get someone I knows computer hooked up to my modem and so i put the driver installation disk for road runner in now every time they start up they get a window that says "please insert the Time Warner Cable CD-ROM". what can i do to stop this. they have a laptop with Windows Vista. I already tryed looking under startup programs and it wasnt there. also if a moderator thinks this would be better somewhere else plz move it thank you all who help
SO you don't have the cdrom? Goto run>services.msc>then look for road runner and stop it, on startup as well.
