I'm really not sure what i'm doing wrong. I put the four files ( _DS_MENU.DAT / _DS_MSHL>NDS / _system_ / moonshl ) on the SD card, and I made a folder titled Games and stuck a game on it. But when I put it into the DS it simply wont load up the R4, it says "no DS game inserted". Help?

hmmmmmmmmm . it sounds like your r4ds is having trouble with the contacts inside your ds .

there is a few things you could try ,

try cleaning the cotacts on your r4ds

try blowing in the slot of your ds incase of dirt or dust .

lastly the paper trick - let me explain , cut a thin piece of card longer than your r4ds , place it on the r4ds sticker and then slide it in your ds , this will push your r4ds closer to your ds and make a better contact .

It's working now. I re-downloaded everything and did everything exactly the same, except when I checked a new file had appeared on the SD card. It's titled "_DS_MENU.SYS". This is on top of _DS_MENU.DAT.

Is it supposed to be like this?
