Hey guys i know you supouse to call the srvice to get it back but i dont no were my thing is and the simecard is not under my name and i have no clue who had it before so can u please help me in some way?
try looking for the network telephone number on their website and tell them what info you have and tell them what info you cant give because you dont have. this is your only option if your on a contract. if your on a pay as you go, you could try putting in another sim card, because i think the puk is sim card related. so if you take it out and put another sim in, it should work.
