ok after i buy my mod chip which is a x-ecuter3 and the control panel. what do i do next? do i need something else to run the control panel and all? someone said i need a bios and dashboard. but i dont know what the heck there talking about. what do i do to make a bios cd and a auto instaler cd. i am pretty much asking (if there is anyone out there nice enough) for a step by step guide kinda. or some place to get a step by step guide. if its not posible im ok i guess.
