Hello, I have added an Xecuter 2.2 Pro mod to my XBOX but I am having a terrible time trying to do the initial flash of it. The installation went fine, all the wires are in and the the D0 is fine, I was able to boot normal and with the mod enabled this is where I hit the problem. The disc drawer opens and asks for the CD to update the BIOS. I tried a few CD's but it would not take it so I decided I would use the PC to flash it so ... I used X2BM v2.0 Beta7 and tried to flash it to Xecuter BIOS 4979. It started fine by erasing the chip but then froze at flashing 13%. I tried a different computer and no change it still froze using a brand new belkin 6' cable. So ... After multiple attempts with X2BM I decided to try the CD's again but now that the X2BM has erased the bios, the mod will no longer boot it comes on and goes off 3x then the power led flashes red/green. Any ideas anyone?
