need help with error 13

can someone please help me with error 13... i do not know how to fix it and i cant get to the ms dashboard or i cant go on xbox live, all of my gamesaves are deleted so now i cant load anything from my memory card to the xbox and there are no softmods on it because i uninstalled them, then i *bleeped* it up. please help me. THANKYOU

 

if ur xbox can still read games put in a xbl capable game and update ur dash or u can try to put the modding game back in and put the saves on a mem card thats what i did to a friends and it worked

 

ok this is what i did and it still did not work... i used agent 007 with the memory card in and having the bod auf in it. i went to load missions and it restarts my xbox but the error msg 13 still comes up... ive tried hotswapping the xbox but i think im doing something wrong, the xbox microsoft logo wont show up without a game (with a game it will showup) and i have 2 harddrives on this computer. i just tried removing all my harddrives and disk drives and tried to hotswap but in the end it said that i needed a boot media or something or another way to boot it and i couldnt boot my computer with on the xbox hdd. please help
