Need help with NERO

    I recently installed nero 6 with a new serial #, install went ok but when I go to use it this is what I get:
    Under Windows NT4 Administrator rights are required by Nero to access CD recorders and CD/ROM / DVD/ROM drives. Please ask your system administrator to use Nero.
    I am the admin on my PC aren't I?
    I checked and i am signed on with admin privledges, any help here will be greatly appreciated, Thanks
