I have recently converted my .avi file to a dvd format using “VSO Divx To DVD” I burnt the movie using Nero Express at 4x using TDK+R disks. The movie came out fine everything is in sync but I am not happy with the quality. The movie is blurry. Is there anything that I can do to fix this?

P.S. Sorry for the double post i just realized that i posted my other one in the wrong section.

I never used VSO Divx To DVD (but I read someone else complained about its quality). You else have to find out if some options (like the encoding speed which could be lowered) can be set to increase the movie's quality, or use a different encoder.
My favorite (and I never used other encoders, I admit) are: CCE (expensive but a little difficult to learn; you must know what movie data are and which can be modified by CCE: for instance, the movie's framerate must be modified by another program, if you need to) and TMPGenc (easy and cheap, but extremely slow when it makes multipass encoding - the one which brings the highest quality).
Sorry, I can' help you more than this...
