I have several MP3 files that cannot be burned as data or MP3 files. Everything is fine except when I try to burn the files, it says MP3 file cannot be opened. I tried using Roxio mp3 player but it cannot play the file. It says the file is unknown or unsupported format. I also tried this with Nero, and same problem. Windows MP seems to play it fine, also winamp does also. Has anyone ever experienced this?
hello it appears that these files are WMA files if they are they will not play they will only play on windows media player or winamp
Perhaps the file name is too long? I've had problems w/Nero when attempting to burn MP3 files with long file names. Good Luck!
ROXIO REALLY SUCKS. SO DOES the NAPSTER EULA. READ IT. I WAS USING NERO BECAUSE ROXIO STOPPED WORKING BUT THEN I BORROWED A ROXIO DISC AND THE FIRST THING IT DID WAS USE THE LASER LENS TO SCRATCH UP A NEW BLANK CD RUINING THEM BOTH! I DON'T KNOW WHY I USED IT FOR SO LONG SINCE IT RUINED A LOT OF CDS!
