Need help with Verizon V710

I would appreciate any assistance with my Verizon V710 phone. I have installed the MPT and I am not able to tranfer MP3 files. I am not given the option. I've read here that it may be locked. Can anybody assist me in unlocking the phone or point me in the right direction. I've looked through the forum and can't find the info I need. Thanks.

I forget to mention that my OS is XP Pro with service pack 2.

A lot of the tutorials are here...you will be amazed at what you can do with your phone. Howard forums is another place to find good info.

 

I read a review of your phone on cnet and verizon limited the bluetooth capabilities to not much more than operating a wireless headset.

 

You can use the hacks on the site i mentioned above and restore full bluetooth capability.

 

I was able to "Flash" the phone with PST and I can do whatever I want with MPT. Thanks for your replies.
