need help with write error please

    First I apologize if I am posting this in the wrong forum. I'm new to this forum and to copying dvd's. I have done well so far burning and copying dvd's until today when I keep getting this error...write error at 981648 (16)-code 03 02 00 medium error. I'm using the programs shrink and copy to dvd and I'm using Verbatim DVD+R. If anyone could help I would be very grateful. Thanks

    Does it matter if you set the burning speed low(er)?
