I am having a very frustrating problem trying to convert videos I download in Limewire into Itunes and onto my ipod. I have a 60G video ipod. After I drag the video into itunes I then right click on them and click "convert selection to ipod" and wait it out. I then end up having two of the same video, though the converted one is a bit bigger. Unfortantely, after the video is updated into my ipod, I can very well see the video, but I am getting know sound on any of the videos. If anyone knows how I can make it so there IS sound please repost ASAP - I've been dealing with this problem for weeks and I am fed up with it!
you have to use a separate program to convert videos. try videora ipod converter. its free and it works good.
try the latest free download that they have, unless you want to pay for the best one... this one will have all the latest updates on it. post back for any more questions ;-)
Okay. I downloaded it and installed it. Now what do I do. I am in the program under convert at the moment.
after it converts go to setup-->settings-->and under "output videos to:" it says where the converted file has gone. find it and then drag it into itunes, or if you need to bring a bulk of videos into itunes go to file-->add folder to library. then find the folder the videos are in and click open. post back if there are any problems!
nice work jazo. if you get stuck, Bi_PoLaR, feel free to have a look/post in my Video to iPod tutorial thread.
