Hi guys I have read and researched but I can't figure it out. I have a video that is 2 hours long but when I use nero / make your oun DVD / add video files, it turns out being a bit to long for the DVD. how can I shorten this so I can fit this onto a regular DVD?
right after you add video files, click on MORE then VIDEO OPTION customize the bite rate to fit on a single dvd.
as long as it is vob files you can, you say it is mpeg files right? are they mpeg1, mpeg2, mpeg3, mpeg4? you can convert these files to dvd with convertxtodvd, is it a on a disk or is it on your system? is the file a download? alittle more info would help, you as a Junior Member should know theese things when posting help for things right?
Thanks senior member I will tell you these things as you are a senior member. The file is recorded from my satellite receiver on to my hard drive. it is a MPEG file but not sure what kind know for sure it's not MPEG4. Do you need any more info Mr senior member?
use nero vision to convert to DVD but write to your HD..do not burn to disc...then use nero recode to further recode the VOB's to DVD5...DVD shrink WILL NOT WORK.. !!
