Hello. Try slowing the burn speed to 8X and see if that works. There also a much newer version of Nero 7 available, version 7.10.1.0. http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-nero7-update.php Be sure to run the Nero 7 Clean Tool before installing the newer version and be sure to have your serial number available. http://www.nero.com/enu/downloads-cleantools.html
