Does anyone know where I can get a working infrared remote control for palm pc? I have tried many, but they all freeze or dont work. All I need is to be able to record IR and send it.

    I have:
    Palm Z22 V4.5.2p

Yes, palms have IR hardware built in, but not the software. To use it as a remote control, it needs a program. That is what I'm looking for.

OK, use OmniRemote, a learning remote, that you can make and edit your own buttons, and has an easy to use interface which records the IR signal from a remote, and can reproduce the signal. completely freeware

Wow, that's really nice of you. Trying to help them out even after a month of their saying they had it working perfectly.

    Awesome.

Actually, he did help. Turns out noviremote is a trial version, not freeware. I was just about to post asking for another one. I will look into omniremote.
