I just got off the phone with 321 studios tech support. They told me they cant give support to dvdxcopy platinum or dvdxrescue. I've had the program for awhile now.I've made several mistakes.First when I downloaded it I used open instead of save.Second I never got the hard disk. Last week I inquired about the ripper free versions because I added a larger hard drive. I installed it but it didn't work properly.So I uninstalled it but now my original dvdxrescue is not working.I too am tired of 321 studios. I have dvd shrink and dvd decrypter but I still want another software to backup movies. Can someone help me to decide. I checked out pinnacles' software but I guess I'm to late their software doesn't do it anymore. please help.
I have Roxio easy cd/dvd creator 6. It's getting harder and harder to find a burning software to backup movies because of the court ruling.Hence my question - before its to late
