need software to hide from administration - I refuse to pay for my own internet access

    i live in this community and using their internet access. they monitor their internet connection. they always brag about me spending too much time on the internet. is there a software out there that i can use the internet without they knowing the time i spent on it...or program? i am using Internet Download Manager to download from megaupload.
    please help me.
