Need some quick help with cold cathodes

    ok everyone, im working on my xbox right now and i got 2 4inch red cold cathodes for my xbox, but for them to fit i need to take them out of the plastic caseing. so is there a tut that anyone has or can just help me out. i dont want to take a chance at breaking them. thanks
