Trying to fill in all the id3 info on my music files to use better on a 20 gig mp3 player. I would like to know what the best program is to rename and fill in lots of files quickly. I have tried a few and have had bad results....erros and even creating orphan file segments....means lost music! Some one please help
I've tested many many many mp3 taggers and hands down the best one I've found is Tag&Rename. It has a really easy to use windows explorer-like interface, boat loads of features and functions like connect to freeDB for album info, rename tag to file, file to tag, v1 and v2 conversion...the list goes on. I'm pretty sure theres a shareware verison of it, but if you ask me its well worth the $30.
