Need suggestions on a HD Camcorder.

    I want to buy a simple HD Camcorder.
    I have a Canon HR10 that I want to get rid of cuz its hard to upload files on Youtube and also the mini dvd are hard to finalized(for those who have a HR10).

    I've been looking for simple flash types of camcorders that I can easily transfer to PC.

    So far the price I'm looking for is $200.
    and what I have in mind is;
    Sony Webbie and
    Vado HD, Kodak Zi6

    Any other suggestions? or experience in these?
