Need Unlock password for ROGERS AT&T MOTO V551

    I just bought a Motorola V551 from eBay and apparrently it is a "Rogers AT&T" phone and needs their "subsidy password".... only they will not give it to me because they SUCK! Does anyone know how I can get it? I have done a million searches with no luck! I don't have a ny unlocking equipment and I don't want to pay more money to send it to some stranger to fix it!
