Ok, here's the deal, I have myself here an original Mechassault game, (not platinum or classic etc.)

My only question is that the serial on my Mechassault is: MS02308L

Will this copy of Mechassault work for softmoddig or is that a no go?


I've noticed, that in your guide to softmodding, it says that any kind of Splinter Cell, and the original of 007 and Mechassault but you mention nothing about how the serial numbers should be.


So, with that in mind, can the Mechassault disk I have be able to perform a softmod?

Well....then didn't you answer your own question? You don't have the original version, you have the version where they fixed the linux backdoor. If you google just the version number you will read all about it. So.....No joy in muddville tonight
