Nero 5.5 problems

    I can't burn any CD's any longer. It stops at 3%.I have downloaded the upgrade and now I can't play any music either?
    Any ideas?

    Did you download the original verison or do you have disc? If you've downloaded it re-download it. If you have the disc reinstall it. Don't download the upgrades because that seems to be the problem.
