I have been useing Nero 5 for some time. Mainly cause I can't afford the newer versions, and also cause I don't care to get them. I've been useing version 5 for some time, it has always worked. But after installing it this last time it is not seeing my dvd burner. I have both a regular cd burner, that Nero is seeing, but my dvd burner it isn't seeing at all. It use to see it fine. But after reinstalling windows (to fix some issues) and reinstalling Nero, it is no longer reading my dvd burner. How do I fix this? I've never had it not see it before.
My computer see's the drive just fine, it plays games off it, music, movies, reads all my burned dvd's just fine. I use Win 2000. It's just Nero that don't see it. It only lists my normal cd burner. It use to see both just fine, and has always worked fine up until now.
Anyone? I seriously need to get it working again. Due to collage most my work is done on the PC and it's building up. I have less then 700MB left of space. I need to start burning this stuff to dvd to clear off space.
I suggest you do the following.. 1. Save your Nero serial number and registration details 2.
