I have been using Nero 5 for years to back up my Quicken files on DVD RW. Now for some reson it doesn't want to work.I insert my CD and it ejects tellin it is empty when I try to make a new CD or when I try to back up on my already existing CD. I tried to back up a docutment on a regular CD and that worked. I don't know if I should bring my machine in or... should I purchase Nero 7. I tried to download the up grade mentionned here but it didn't help. Please advise. Thanks,
