I am new to this so Be Gentle.... I needed a program to rip music in order to put on my Zune. I very much dislike The media player for Zune. (I ripped 2 cd's the other day and it took over a half an hour) So downloaded and installed nero 6 and I cannot get the album information to come up. I get the error message "Sorry, the internet database does not have information about this particular cd." I am correctly connected to freedb.org I have tried several cd's (burned and non) and get the same message. I gave freedb access to the internet through my firewall and get the same message. The site has the information, because I had nero 8 installed and it found the cd info through freedb.org. (I removed nero 8 due to it discontinuing to find the information, reading posts on how bloated and bugged nero 8 was, and I could not get it to rip cd in the format that Zune can recognize it.) Now I can get the music to come up in my Zune. I just can get any information on it. Any help would be appreciated.
I can get the extractor to download, for some reason it doesn't want to open... It comes up on the download screen, When I try to open it, it doesn't do anything.
