I recently went and instaleld Nero 7 Ultra over my Nero 6, and am at a loss here. Is it still possible to make an exact duplicate of a DVD movie?...I use Shrink to rip the DVD, then before, Nero 6 would take the whole Video_TS folder and just burn the DVD as it is.... In nero 7, i seem to have to add the files IN that folder individually, and it burns it like it is its own DVD, with the Menu at start up and the DVD's files (including the DVD's own menu) as individual chapters... am i doing something wrong?...sorry if this is a stupid question or it makes no sense at all.... besides, im still not burning optimally anyway thanks to my fluctuating buffer level....
Before you install any updated software its recommended to uninstall the old version first so I’d uninstall Nero then use the Nero clean tool to make sure its completely uninstalled clean tool can be downloaded from Nero’s website when you are burning the DVD with Nero are you using vision ? If yes do the DVD with Nero burning rom and select DVD video not sure what your talking about when you mention about the menus and chapters etc
Running Nero Express (not Nero Vision 4) you should be able to load the folder contents, including IFO, BUP, etc, to get the exact contents of the movie.
