Nero 7 Error 1313

    Nero is unable to activate free third party codec.
    When I enter my S/N and email, I always get the error message:
    "The server could not confirm the activation due to an internal error. Error code 1313."
    I have added nero.com to my trusted sites under internet settings, turned off all internet security settings and firwalls. I even changed my cable from the router to a direct connect with the modem.
    Any ideas?

    AC3 was not available for Showtime playback or NVE encoding.
    I found the problem.
    When I installed Nero and ran the setup/update, for some reason the AC3 pluggin did not activate. The pop-up error/activation didn't work for whatever reason. When I ran the setup/update a second time, it fixed it.
    btw, I'm running v7.5.7.0, I'm not sure if I want to update to 7.10.1.2 since this one has caused no problems apart from the one I mentioned.
