I have been transfering DJ mixes from tapes to my computer in MP3 format.I have Nero 7 Essentials and am using the Indexes Limits and Split section to track sections of the mix , so you can jump around the mix from section to section without any gap or silence between tracks. I have burned four different mixes numerous times so far and the FIRST split never sounds right.It will do a "stutter" effect like it is skipping.It is very brief, but it is noticable. I have two 30 minute mixes on one CD . And the first split from each mix has this problem. At first I thought because I used too many Splits (23) then I went down to 12 Splits , it still messes up. Any ideas why this is happening ? I have a LiteOn iHAP422-08 DVD/CD burner . Thanks
