Hello AD crew I am trying to convert / burn an .avi movie onto DVD using Nero 7 premium. Everything worked fine the first time I did it... Added video files made chapters made menu got to the preview screen with the remote that lets you check out and preview what you have made, all that good stuff. Now, when I try to do the same thing with several other files the remote won't actually preview anything, just a black screen in the preview screen. Didn't think much of it first time, but when I woke up 11.5 hrs later it had still not started burning it. Any idea what is not working, and why it only worked the first time? Much appreciated, thanks
If you opt for no menu and proceed, it should start playing the preview;does it? Either way, I suggest it be uninstalled and reinstalled (using the Nero clean tool). Remember to note your serial number(s). http://www.nero.com/eng/support-nero7-tools-utilities.html
