Well, I'm trying to burn an ISO onto a Dvd-R with 4.7GB of space (Says on the case) with Nero 7 Ultra edition, but whenever I try to burn it, it just ejects it and says I need to insert a blank disc even though it is blank. The weird thing is I can't burn anything when I try to burn a DVD instead of a CD it doesn't show a burn button, instead it shows an Info button and whenever I click that it says.. "Sorry, the current recorder supports only the following disc type(s): CD-R/RW, but the current compilation can only be written on a DVD R/RW, DVD R DL,DVD RAM. Please select a different recorder." But it makes no sense since I'm using a DVD-R Disc which is what it says on the case. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance, -Kerosan.
Right click on My Computer, go to Properties. Click on the Hardware tab and click on Device Manager. Click the plus sign on DVD/CD-ROM drives and that should be your make/model.
