I trying to copy a DVD, but when i click on the one i want to download it bring Up Nero has Stopped Responding it does this all the time, and when i use a different DVD Copier it closes the program as well, i have windows vista and i heard people saying that Nero can affect your windows vista is this why i cant copy dvd's the help would be really appreciated thanks in adavance
Not all versions of Nero are compatible with Vista. Only the latter releases of Nero 7 on to Nero 8 are compatible with Vista. Nero 6 and the early releases of Nero 7 are not compatible. However, if other programs are having the same problem, I doubt it is Nero being the problem. Explain in some detail the exact steps your undertaking and with what program and version number. You mentioned download in your post. What do you mean when you say "click on the one i want to download"? On what are you clicking? What Nero program are you using? You can't just copy a commercial DVD with Nero alone because Nero will not overcome any copy protection.
