    Thank you for your suggestions:

    A) In Vision 4, when creating a slide show, Vision frequently aborts back to Smart Menu.

    B) In Vision 4, when transcoding to DVD or file, Vision now always aborts back to Smart Menu.

Software had worked without issue for 4 months making numerous DVD’s.
Suspect WinXP, OEM software or iTunes, automatic update conflict.

Have used CleanTool v7 & RegistryChecker then rebooted (3 times) and reinstalled original CD version and also website updated version and Nero 8 Demo(cleaning each time); did manual RegEdit removal, all with same result as above.

    C) Replaced hard drive, WinXP/SP2,Office, iTunes, Adobe Reader, all with latest updates; worked great for 3 days then problem reappeared with “fresh/clean system”.

    D) In PhotoShow, when “fresh/clean” hard drive was used and pictures with text copied over from 1st hard drive, fonts are not the same. (Which font file should I copy over from 1st hard drive to 2nd)?

    E) Can Nero Vision create “nested or sub-Menus”? Unable to find a way, to date. (like Sony DVD Architect Studio?) Wish to have 9 chapter selections on main menu with each chapter selection forwarding to a sub-menu of say 2-5 additional chapters related to the sub-menu. (Family Genealogical tree format).

Created infotool and NeroSuppport.cab files (available), and removed many other programs with their associated DirectShow and Video codecs, also Symantec defrag. Problem A & B still persist.

    Thanks
