Does anyone know if this edition is any good? Is it better than Nero 6.6 especially with slidshow picture quality. Does it have a good compression ratio for making movies. Like 3 700MB video files on one DVD fine. You can talk about Nero 6.6 or the new Nero 7. Thanks

Haven't heard much bout 7 I'm using 6.6 and its not too shabby but I think the masses like 6.0 better if what you have is working stick with that you may screw up a good thing going up to 7.0

I was told 7 has a few bugs but nothing major. I use 6.6 with no problem also. Unless 7 has something I can't do without I will not upgrade.
I haven't heard if 7 works with DVDSHRINK or not.

Since you have to register for the upgrade, which won't be available until October 26th, I will wait to see how many problems come up with the new version and then make my decision. May even wait until they work out the initial bugs.

I have Nero 6 Ultra Edition. I have not had any problems with it, so I won't upgrade to 7 unless I really have to.

I'm cool with Nero 6 Ultra Edition 6.6.0.16 at the moment. So far all my backups using Nero were successfully burned. Therefore, I'll wait a couple more weeks and see what happen before I upgrade and or purchase Nero 7.
