Nero 8 file error

    I just downloaded Nero 8 and keep getting the following message popping up.

    This program requires the file advrcntr.3dll, which is not present on the system.

    I use Windows Vista. Is there someway to get this file?

    I downloaded from the free download area on the Nero site.

    I would try to download it again, if it still doesn't work contact Nero and let them know that their download is corrupt.
