After succesfully installing Nero8 I created a photo slideshow to DVD project. After several hours of work I saved the project successfully. Now I can't open the file to edit and burn it. I can open Nero vision, edit project, choose the file and I can see the .nvc file on the screen, but when I click to edit it, after a short pause Nero Vision closes to the task bar. I have downloaded updates, restarted the PC but it does the same every time. Anyone know why? Do I need to uninstall and re-install Nero 8? Nero support have never got back to me.
hmm that doesnt sound good??? save the file somewher safe! uninstall nero via add/remove programs then use nero clean tool = http://www.nero.com/enu/support-nero8-tools-utilities.html and install again (can but try)
Thanks for your help but I reinstalled it and then it would not even recognise my file. I created another and it has done the same. Nero support never got back to me so I will be returning the software to the store where I bought it for a full refund. Rubbish!
