I am trying to create a HD quality shot of a sunset but cannot figure out how to speed the film up to take a 20 minute sunset into like 2 minutes. How is this done with Nero Vision. Please help me out!

If the original file is an AVI, then VirtualDub can be used to change it.
Understand that speeding up the video also speeds up the audio - so the original audio should be suppressed.

Run VirtualDub and drag the AVI file onto the window.
    Click 'Audio' > 'No Audio'

    Click 'Video'
Click 'Direct Stream Copy' {this is important, inasmuch as it prevents the video from being re-compressed}.
    Click 'Frame Rate'
Note the current frame rate on the first line;on the second line, choose the radio button and insert a new frame rate.

My example was 25fps changed to 250fps - the video is going to run faster by a factor of ten.

On the fourth line choose to 'Convert to fps' and insert your current (first line number) - in my case 25.
    Click 'OK'
Click 'File' and 'Save as AVI' - a new file is generated.

VirtualDub runs out of it's own folder (no installation required)
The codecs may be required to open the AVI file, and can be uninstalled from the Control Panel when no longer required..
