Well you have an ancient 8X burner, an NEC DVD_RW ND-2510A. You are using rather new and sometimes problematic 16X discs, 16x DVD-R CMC MAG. AM3 (your burner will have no write strategies in it's frmware for these) and the sometimes finicky Nvidia chipset. If that burner still has any life to it I'd at least stick to Taiyo Yuden 8X discs.
