Nero 8 wont erase disks!!!

    Help can someone please tell me why nero 8 will not enable the erase button on the erase disk menu.

    Im putting cd in the correct place and i have RW!! Windows recognises them as RW.

    check to see if your cd drive can actually rw what you want. The program you want to use is called nero info tool. It will give out all the information on your cd drive

    Checked using toolbox and it excepts all dvd and cd types! any other ideas?
